About: Originally started as a prototype 3 years ago and only had occasional bursts of development, this is closest to the kind of backrooms game I've always wanted to make. I joined the Liminal Game Jam 2026 by MCL Software 2 months ago to finally finish it. This is an experience that captures the themes of Liminal spaces, Dreamcore and the Backrooms. It is rendered in a style that mimics a recording of a VHS camera or a camcorder to nail down that nostalgic and eerie feeling. Performance: This game is built on Unreal Engine 5 and uses the Lumen lighting system and Virtual Shadow Maps (no Nanite though). So most mid-high end computers should run the game fine, but I can't guarantee solid performance on lower end hardware, or even if Lumen will work at all.
